Taking Care of Business at HCCC

The Bursar’s Office, located in the Classroom Administration Building, helps students with the following transactions:

  • Settle your tuition bill
  • Pay add/drop fees 
  • Pay for transcripts
  • Pay parking fines
  • Turn in your Certificate of Residence (if you are a NYS resident)

The Office has notary publics and issues the overage checks for financial aid.  Attendance at class is required to earn financial aid. 

The Registrar’s Office can help students with a variety of needs throughout the time they spend at HCCC (see below). The office ours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The office can be reached by phone at (315) 866-0300, x-8280 and by e-mail at registrarsoffice@herkimer.edu. The fax number is (315) 866-1657.
