2007 Renovation Project
During the HCCC Library renovation project beginning January 2, 2007, access to the circulating book collection will be limited because the books will be temporarily housed in East Herkimer. Books will be retrieved from the off-campus site on a regular basis. Circulating titles required for coursework may be placed on Reserve for students.
The Library will be open for use during the renovation however environmental conditions may vary depending on the work underway. Librarians are available to meet with students and faculty in classrooms as well as in the Library. Also, consider using the virtual HCCC Library available through the Library Website.

August 2007
The expansion and renovation of the Library Building is now well underway. Steel has been erected in the front of the building. This new area will become the main entrance for the Library complex, and will include the College Learning Center, extra space for the Bookstore, café, lounge and common area space. There will also be an additional elevator in this section of the building. The project is expected to proceed quickly during the next several months.
