Herkimer Softball
Head Coach: Amy Brelinsky
Amy Brelinsky has served as head coach for Herkimer County Community College's women's softball team since 2003. Brelinsky has transformed the HCCC softball program back into a regional contender. In 2006, the team competed in the Region III tournament and was the Mountain Valley Conference co-championship team finishing the season with a 24-5 record. In 2005, Brelinsky was selected Mountain Valley Coach of the Year. She is also the head coach for Herkimer's women's soccer team, for which she received the same award in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Brelinsky is a native of Newport, NY and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Canisius College where she competed in softball and soccer at the NCAA Division I level. In addition to coaching, she is an instructor of physical education at HCCC.
