Winter Mini Session
When you go back to college for the spring semester, take some credits with you. Herkimer's Winter Mini Session lets you make up a course or get a head start on the spring semester. Most courses are offered online, so you can learn from the comfort of your home! Classes meet January 2-15, 2013.
Herkimer's Winter Mini Session is open to all, including current HCCC students, recent high school graduates, adults and students enrolled at other colleges.

Step 1: Apply
New Student
If you are a new student looking to take a winter-mini class from Herkimer this January please complete the non-matriculated online application. registration opens October 1, 2012 at noon). New students may only matriculate during the Fall 2013 and Spring 2013 semesters.
Current HCCC Student
Please register online. (registration opens October 1, 2012 at noon).
Step 2: Financial Aid
Financial aid is not available to new (non-matriculated) students. If you are a returning or currently enrolled student pursuing a degree, who is interested in seeking financial aid for the winter we will have information for you coming soon. Please be aware that it is not possible to matriculate during the Winter semester.
Step 3: Registration
New Student
Once you have filled out the online application (as noted in Step 1) you will receive a confirmation page (please print this page out) that details the steps to register for your class. (registration opens October 1, 2012 at noon)

Step 5: Pay Your Bill
Once you have registered for a winter-mini course, you can pay online. Your user ID is your social security number and the pin is your birthday, in the following format MMDDYY (example: March 8, 1989 = 030889).
Step 6: Online Courses: Login to ANGEL
All Internet Academy courses (section "V" courses) will meet online at https://herkimer.sln.suny.edu (note: It can take up to 2-3 business days after your registration for your ANGEL account to be created. Courses will be automatically added to your ANGEL account about one week (7 days) before the courses begin by 4PM.)
