The Herkimer County Veterans Memorial Park

The Herkimer County Veterans Memorial Park honors the men and women of Herkimer County who have served their country honorably in the armed forces. Featuring a black granite wall engraved with the names of more than 650 veterans, the park stands as a reminder of the sacrifices and dedication of Herkimer County veterans and their families and the price of the freedoms we as Americans enjoy. The park opened in 2005 and is located on the north end of the HCCC campus at the entrance to Wehrum Stadium (location # 13 on the campus map).
